On and off, I've tended to read quite a bit. So, I thought I'd put up some reviews of books as I read them. In time, I may go back and add reviews of some of the books I read in the past. Not massively exciting, but I suppose it may be of interest to someone, somewhere (perhaps).
Narita Inspected - Lopetz
I've been after this book quite a while, although it's rather irritatingly been out of print. Mostly it's been available second-hand at vastly inflated prices, so when I saw a copy going at a sane price, I jumped. And... it's great. It's a collection of work from various Japanese designers, and it's done by Buro Destruct. Hurray for nutty Swiss designers. Hurray for nutty Japanese designers. Hurray for when they get together. It's a wonderfully eclectic mix of design ideas and it's... nope, I don't have the words. It's very fun, though. And for some reason, it comes in a plastic case.
