On and off, I've tended to read quite a bit. So, I thought I'd put up some reviews of books as I read them. In time, I may go back and add reviews of some of the books I read in the past. Not massively exciting, but I suppose it may be of interest to someone, somewhere (perhaps).
When Genius Failed - Roger Lowenstein
Another book in my 'Trading horror stories' series. Recommended by my boss, this is a rather more journalistic (it even has references!) approach, here applied to the Long Term Capital Management disaster, where a bunch of rather clever arbitrageurs made an insane amount of money, then blew it all when they discovered that being highly leveraged and illiquid is actually really bad.

There is also a complete index of the books.
